Product Care Guide

A little care goes a long way in keeping your tools working well and lasting longer.

Electronic tools (heated masks, vibrating massagers, devices) Never submerge electronic tools in water. Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth, avoiding any charging ports or buttons. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Fabric items (sleep masks, wraps, caps) Check the care label on your specific item. Most fabric tools can be hand washed with mild detergent and air dried. Avoid wringing or high heat, which can damage padding or elastic.

Storage tips Keep tools in a clean, dry space, ideally in their original pouch or box if provided. This helps protect delicate materials like crystal or wood from scratches and moisture.
